The calculated APY is used to compute Ethereum stake payments. The overall number of network validators and the quantity of staked ETH tokens influence payment. When fewer ETH are deposited on the network, the interest rate rises. In contrast, as more ETH is locked up on the network, the interest rate falls. Regardless of interest rate, the yearly incentives will not be withdrawn until Ethereum 2.0 is available.
